Session structure and flow
Your 3-hour session begins with a brief intake and environment check at home before our practitioner sets up. Over 180 minutes we move through tailored massage, Bowen therapy sequences, and reflexology work, pacing treatments to your comfort. The mobile format means you receive the full experience for a set price of $300 in the privacy of your space.
A 180 minutes booking gives space for slower transitions and focused attention, but requires setting aside a large uninterrupted time block at home. We serve Scottsdale and surrounding areas — including Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek and North Phoenix — and clients often arrange sessions around early-morning hikes, golf tee times, or commutes along Loop 101 for minimal disruption.
How Bowen and reflexology integrate
Bowen therapy uses gentle, rolling moves across muscles and connective tissue to encourage easy shifts in tension, while reflexology applies targeted pressure to foot reflex zones to influence systemic relaxation. In a combined 180 minutes session the practitioner alternates these approaches, selecting sequences and pressure levels to match your responses rather than applying a fixed protocol.
Because Bowen and reflexology are touch-based, the session is paced by how your body responds; some areas receive repeated light work while others are left alone. This is not a replacement for medical care, so please share relevant health history before treatment. Your practitioner will adapt positions and pressure for comfort and safety throughout the 180 minutes.
What we bring and need
Our practitioners bring the spa to you, creating a private treatment area in your home. You’ll need a clear, quiet space where the practitioner can work and you can relax for the full 180 minutes. In Scottsdale’s hot desert climate, stable indoor temperature is helpful; many clients schedule sessions before or after outdoor activities to avoid midday heat.
We commonly serve North Scottsdale near Thompson Peak and the McDowell Mountain Ranch/Grayhawk corridor, as well as Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix. The location makes it easy to fit a mobile appointment before or after a commute on Loop 101 or Scottsdale Road, or around errands in Old Town Scottsdale.
Sensation and safety considerations
Clients commonly notice a gentle, rhythmic shifting during Bowen sequences and localized pressure during reflexology, often followed by deep relaxation. Some people feel temporary soreness or tingling as tissues respond; this is usually short lived. The practitioner checks in frequently and adjusts pressure. Expect sensations to vary throughout the 180 minutes as different modalities are applied.
Please disclose any relevant medical history, medications, recent surgeries, or pregnancy during intake so the practitioner can adapt session plans and positions. If you have specific medical questions, consult your healthcare provider; the practitioner will focus on comfort and will modify or pause techniques as needed during the 180 minutes.
