What happens in a session
Sessions begin with a brief consultation about your feet and overall comfort. During a 30-minute Foot Reflexology appointment the therapist applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet associated with different body areas, using hands and thumbs in a steady rhythm to encourage relaxation and local circulation.
You’ll be seated or reclined and shoes and socks are removed; towels may be used for modesty and hygiene. Clients are encouraged to give feedback about pressure so we can adjust. Many local clients book around early hikes or golf tee times to recover or prepare for activity.
How reflex points relate
Reflexology is based on the idea that reflex points on the feet correspond with other body areas; therapists work these points to promote relaxation and encourage improved circulation. This practice supports the body's natural processes without claiming cures, and clients often notice a sense of ease after treatment.
A 30-minute session focuses fully on the feet; we also offer sessions up to 60 MINUTES for broader work. Pricing ranges from $70 - $110 depending on duration and any combined services, so you can choose a length that fits your schedule and recovery goals.
Who should consider reflexology
Ideal clients include people who spend time on their feet—hikers, golfers, commuters—and residents of North Scottsdale looking for a convenient wellness boost. Reflexology is suitable for those seeking relaxation and improved foot comfort, but discuss recent injuries or health concerns during booking so the therapist can advise.
Our office is near Thompson Peak and McDowell Mountain Ranch/Grayhawk corridor, making it easy to stop by before or after Loop 101 commutes or outdoor plans. Allow a few minutes to arrive, remove footwear, and share any timing or activity plans with the therapist for best results.
